Chad Nuce
Personal Injury Trial Lawyer & Co-Founder
Chad Nuce is a veteran personal-injury trial lawyer, firm founder, and operator who started LawUnleashed.ai to solve real problems he faced running a high-volume PI practice.
With a background in finance (BA and MBA from the University of South Florida) and law (Mercer University School of Law), Chad combines business discipline with deep trial experience. He co-founded Pasley, Nuce & Mallory, LLC and has led cases resulting in multiple eight-figure and seven-figure verdicts and settlements, including a $10.1M medical malpractice verdict. He is a life member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums, a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 member, and has been recognized by peers as a Georgia Legal Elite and Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Chad didn’t set out to build legal software—he set out to practice law better. When existing legal AI tools proved too expensive, too rigid, or required outsourcing critical work, he built the system he wished existed: an affordable, fully in-house AI platform where firms can generate unlimited demands, medical summaries, and case analyses on their own terms. LawUnleashed.ai was born directly from daily PI workflows, not abstract tech theory.
Having navigated profound personal loss, Chad brings uncommon empathy, clarity, and resolve to both his legal work and leadership. That perspective drives LawUnleashed’s core mission: give personal-injury firms leverage against large institutions without sacrificing control, judgment, or humanity—and give lawyers back time for what matters most.
Augustin Bralley
Product Development & Co-Founder
Augustin Bralley is a mission-driven technologist, product leader, and company builder with deep experience scaling internet platforms and turning complex systems into practical, high-impact tools.
Passionate about the internet from an early age, Augustin earned a Computer Science degree with honors and stepped immediately into a high-agency role helping build and modernize his family’s business. There, he wore many hats—SEO, marketing, IT, product management, and web development—helping double company revenue while learning firsthand how technology drives real business outcomes.
Augustin went on to found and operate two technology startups, gaining hard-earned experience across product-market fit, engineering execution, and the realities of building sustainable software businesses. He later joined Scribd, where he rose through the engineering ranks into senior management, demonstrating an ability to both ship and lead at scale.
At Scribd, Augustin led SEO and Lifecycle engineering initiatives across the company’s portfolio. He partnered closely with engineering, product, and leadership to refine strategy, build and align teams, and drive sustained impact at scale—supporting more than 3.5 billion annual visits and 50%+ year-over-year growth.
Augustin brings a rare blend of technical depth, product intuition, and operational leadership. At LawUnleashed.ai, he applies that experience to building software that is reliable, secure, and purpose-built for the professionals who depend on it—focused not on hype, but on tools that genuinely improve how work gets done.

Shelby Ericsson brings over 12 years of experience producing, developing, and operating digital and television content across major media companies, startups, and creator-driven platforms. Her career spans digital-first media, scripted and unscripted television, and brand-led growth, giving her a deep understanding of how storytelling, workflows, and technology intersect at scale.
Over the course of her career, Shelby has partnered with companies like Discovery, Group Nine, AwesomenessTV, YouTube, Hearst Magazines, and Studio71, collaborating with executives, studios, and creators to launch new initiatives and scale audiences. Her work with major studios like Warner Bros. on scripted television programming gave her insight into high-stakes production environments and the rigorous storytelling standards that translate across formats. Throughout her career, she has led large production teams and built content systems that balance creativity with operational rigor, developing repeatable strategies that support long-term growth across both established media companies and emerging startups.
